We regret that we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance and beauty care items. Federal law dictates that we have to destroy all returned items that have been opened. As a small, independent artisan perfumerie we cannot absorb the cost associated with destroying product. Rest assured knowing you will never be buying someone else’s returned items.

We do understand how challenging it can be to purchase fragranced items without smelling them first, therefore we offer trial sizes which are a great way to test before you invest in full bottles. We will accept returns only for sealed, unopened product, shipped in error.

Yes, we ship worldwide! That said, please make sure your order is worth at least $35, otherwise we may have to cancel it. International shipping fees are very high. We set this order value minimum to make sure you aren't paying more for shipping than the products themselves!
