Although I'm less than a year in of discovering LP, it holds a very special place in my heart. I found myself interested in pheromones on LP first. Years ago, after trying out a couple mones for the first time, I wanted to see if any hits would be noticeable. I decided to stop by a very packed coffee shop to get my usual chai latte. Inch by inch, I finally made it to the front of the line. The barista froze for a moment and exclaimed, "YOU ARE STUNNING!" I looked around because I just knew she wasn't talking about me, lol. But it would explain why she kept glancing at me as I slowly moved closer to her. I was a believer from that day forward. My first order from LP last year was just UNs (Perfect Match is my fav so far and currently trying out Dominance). The reason for trying out only UNs was that I was convinced I could never wear fragrances, at least not regularly. The very first fragrance I owned in my late teens gave me a massive headache. I tried plenty of times after that, but failing. As of 2023, I owned exactly 1 full bottle of commercial perfume, which I wore very rarely and only near the lower half of my torso. Fast forward to early 2024 and I decided what the heck, let's just buy a few LPs and see what happens. That's when my love affair with Rooted began. It was the most unique fragrance I had ever smelled (but this is coming from someone who would literally zip through the mall fragrance counters as quickly as possible to get to the exit). Most importantly, wearing it did not result in headaches. I was ecstatic! It was like a breakthrough, a massive discovery. What I thought was impossible, suddenly became possible! Within months I've accumulated.... let's just say, many, LPs. I feel like a kid in a candy store and often find myself sniffing random LP bottles throughout the day. Still no headaches over here! But I also still avoid the front of my neck and much of my decolletage. The PEs are probably my favorite LPs. I think it's just super cool to see the creative collaborations between community members/fellow LP fans and Mara, the magnificent magician. Reading the inspiration behind the fragrance, the stories, memories, experiences, feelings associated and then seeing how it's realized and brought to life... man... It's true artistry. I love it, love it, love it.
